
N-ice Blades Synchronized Skating Teams!
SYNCHRONIZED SKATING
Synchronized Skating is a fast-growing and exciting discipline of figure skating where teams of 8–20 skaters perform choreographed routines together on the ice. The focus is on teamwork, precision, unison, and musical interpretation, all while executing skills such as formations, step sequences, turns, and transitions. Competition and Performance opportunities for all teams. Synchronized skating is an excellent way to build strong basic skills while developing confidence, communication, and team spirit. Skaters work on CanSkate Stage 5 & 6 or STAR 1 & up. Whether your skater wants to try something new, be part of a performance team, or work toward competitive synchronized skating, this program offers fun, growth, and connection on the ice.

STAR 4 - our introductory synchro team.
Skaters working on STAGE 5 & 6 CanSkate through to STAR 1.
Ages 8 to 12
1 - 2 competitions for the season.
2 Practices per week:
Thursdays 5:30-6:20pm (on-ice) & Off-ice 6:30-7:00pm
Saturdays (8-9am)
Skaters must also participate in at least 1 other day of single skating. Can be at NCSC or another club.
STAR 6
Skaters working on STAR 2 & up.
Ages 11 to 15
1 - 2 competitions for the season.
2 Practices per week:
Tuesdays 5:00-6:20pm (on-ice) & Off-ice 6:30-7:00pm
Saturdays (8-9am)
Skaters must also participate in at least 1 other day of single skating. Can be at NCSC or another club.
ADULT 3
Ages 18+.
1 - 2 competitions for the season.
1 Practice per week:
Sundays 8:00pm - 10:00pm (Includes off-ice)
