January registration for new skaters will open on December 14th @ 8am.
Payment is due in full. You will receive an email from the Registrar with payment details.

Before January 10 – Full refund of all fees currently paid minus $5 processing fee.
On or After January 10– refund of fees paid, minus administration fee ($75), ice & coach fees for each week of lessons.
Refund policy – Any refund requests after week 3 of programs is subject to board approval. If a refund is granted it is subject to a $75 administration fee, ice & coach fees for each week of lessons. All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
COVID cancellation policy: If programming is paused or cancelled due to public health measures, NCSC will work with each arena to determine the best course of action. If lessons can continue after the pause, no refunds will be offered. However, if a full season can not be achieved, then NCSC will offer a refund of fees paid minus administration fee ($75), ice & coach fees for each week of lessons completed.
Volunteer Bond – For all StarElite & StarSkate (home club) skaters. This is required to be paid by post-dated cheque (March 31, 2023) before skater is allowed to enter the ice for lessons. Cheque will be returned at end of season upon 8 hours of volunteer time. Details will be available by email.
