What we do in this class:
Teen/Adult skate is a learn-to-skate program for seasoned beginners that teaches fundamental movements and basic skills. (Offered during Fall & Winter sessions)
CSA approved hockey helmets are MANDATORY for this session.
What is Teen/Adult Skate?
In this session, we spend time working on the basics. Moving forward, moving backwards, stopping. Our group is divided by skill level and coaches will work with each skater to help achieve their goals.
Whether your goal is to recreational skate with your kids, join an adult hockey league or anything in between, we will help give you the confidence you need.
Skaters are required to wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
